After weight loss,my breasts sagged with loose skin and the stretch marks on my breast have wrinkled."When I pull some loose skin from bottom of breast, the breast lifts up, the remaining skin tightens and thus the appearance of the stretch marks improves(as you can see in the photos)." 1)Will I get similar improvement in the appearance(or texture) of stretch marks with mastopexy? 2)If I keep stable weight and wear proper bra, will I retain the improved appearance months after surgery? Edited to add: I don't want implants.
